What is Apelot?
Apelot is an AI agency specialising in professional football. It designs and deploys AI agents connected to the club's tools: match data, video, GPS, internal files. Each role has its own agent: sporting direction, coaching staff, recruitment, medical and performance, logistics, contracts and HR.
What can the assistant do?
It answers your staff's questions using your data: match statistics, individual performance, player comparisons, trends over a period, match reports.
Which data sources can be connected?
The data and video platforms you already use, Excel and PDF exports, GPS and your internal files. For video, the assistant uses the data already extracted by these tools, without redoing the analysis. When a source has an API, the connection goes through that API. Each new source becomes an additional connector.
Where is our data hosted?
Your choice: on-premise on a club server, or in a cloud hosted in Europe, GDPR compliant.
How is access managed?
By user and by role (RBAC). Access rules are set with you according to the club's organisation: sporting direction, coaching staff, recruitment…
How do your staff use it day to day?
From a messaging app on their phone or from a web interface. The assistant replies with the figures and charts requested.
Which AI model is used?
The one you choose. The assistant connects to your model, and usage is tracked per user to keep costs under control.
How does the setup work?
The AI model, the club's roles and the tools to connect are defined with you. Each role then receives an agent configured for its job, and your sources are connected.
How much does Apelot cost?
Setup (assessment, prototype, deployment) is quote-based. Training, maintenance and support are then covered by a monthly subscription. AI models, infrastructure (servers or cloud) and hardware are paid for by the club.
